Lightroom Doesn't See Images on SD Card

hi

 

just come photo trip , tried import images lightroom sd card , lightroom doesn't see them, see's images took on saturday.

 

today arrived @ location photograph pasque flowers, took 1 image realised hadn't deleted images saturday used 'delete images card' in camera's menu , proceeded take few hundred images. during day reviewed images several times, know saved sd card.

 

when got home tried import images in lightroom , lightroom saw on card images took last saturday.

i tried closing down lightroom , opening again - nothing, images saturday!

i tried using sd card reader on imac - again, saturday's images found.

i put card camera , see pasque flower images today.

 

so seems camera see's todays images yet lightroom sees images saturday had deleted via camera's menu @ start of today.

 

does have ideas?

if check card in finder, see of files? if so, can copy 1 hard drive? if so, can import file lightroom hard drive location?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
