Thread: Can't boot to Ubuntu anymore?

i got done installing windows 7 on computer, , boot windows 7, , doesn't give options before booting windows boot else... have other data on ubuntu partition (2 partitions, no swap space, both 80gb), moved on before installation... got me try? i'm going mess around see if can fix it, don't think can...

windows 7 overwrote grub, why no grub bootloader gets loaded , cannot access ubuntu. here easy fix http://www.upubuntu.com/2011/08/how-...ot-loader.html

note: have every time reinstall windows every time grub gets overwritten.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
