Thread: Keyboard on screen at login-11.10

hi folks, once again need little help. on wife's computer @ log-in screen, see sees keyboard @ bottom on screen. she's not sure how turned on , can't seem shut off. after logs in keyboard gone screen. suggestions? thanks!
