when I resize image, The image lose thier shape & align.

os : windows 7 32 bit

cpu : interl(r) xeon(r) cpu e5462 @ 2.80ghz 2.79ghz

memory : 4gb

vgm :  ati radeon hd 2600 xt 256 mb

 

 

 

when resize image, press shift & alt button.

and image outline stroked.

are working scale strokes , effects box checked in preferences (or scale dialog) , align pixel grid checked in transform panel , panel flyout?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
