Which Photoshop product is best?

i'm novice photographer sony rx-100 point , shoot camera. need adobe product digitally remove items in urban landscape, still retain colorization , detail of overall image.  such as: removing telephone polls , wiring, stop signs, etc.  in addition, need crop landscapes , save cropped image master.  finally, software have make skies bluer, more detail in tree leaves , readjust angle of sun's light north east or west, etc.  adobe photoshop product this?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
