youtube videos not loading

i have windows 7 64bit , cant watch videos on youtube can watch first seconds of video thats it. downloaded google chrome , still not working i've tryed everithing in site hasnt helped please help!

to troubleshoot we'll need following system information:

finally, video , audio problems caused @ lower level , not directly related flash player.  recommend trying both of links below see how perform.  if problem exists both, flash player not culprit html5 video link not use flash player when playing.  can verify use of html5 right clicking html5 video , looking words "about html5" @ bottom of context menu.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
