i have adobe flashplayer plugin 11.5.502.149 installed...do need adobe active x 11.1.102.63 ? op windows vista home premium-32 bit...if yes..how find link download ? dont have reader installed either...do need ? told need reader 10.1.3

both flash player plugin , activex outdated; latest version 11.7.700.169.  can download installers http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#mai n-pars_header (under heading progress bar hangs...).

 

you need adobe reader view pdf documents; latest version vista 10.1.6.  can download http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
