Cannot save Premiere Pro CS6 project to our server. Keep getting error message.

we have replaced/renewed of our workstations , server. pc. started using adobe creative cloud subscription service. absolutely love software have 1 rather big problem can't figure out...when create new project in premiere keeps popping error message: "could not open project file write access. file may locked or may not have permission write location. select 'save as' file menu save project new location". our consultant has double checked , made sure of our workstations have full write access server. @ stage, premiere letting save our projects external hard drive or on workstation hard disk. not satisfactory. need able save server. has come across problem? in advance can me out.
