Creative Suite: Trial versions despite subscription

we habe bought creative suite 2 seats days ago, have 3 adobe ids involved:
a = plan administrator
b, c = team members
b , c set team members (yes invited!), when start adobe app (under windows way) they screen, using trial version. when trying license software screen have enter serial number don't have (we bought via reseller). the application manager up-to-date, apps up-to-date, tried re-inviting, re-installations, link provided adobe staff here http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/trial--1-launch.html. not working because cannot deactivate app.
i tried adobe support chat, results in "this sounds technical issue, please call technical support at: 800-833-6687" - which phone says invalid, guess there prefix missing?
what can try next? there adobe, i'm asking because there lot of open discussions here concerning same issue?
maybe can point out professional alternatives photoshop , indesign.
