CS6 Service Manager Error 0xc000007b

have had problem  0xc000007b caused ilivid lr4, fixed have each time there software update. recent software update of photoshop causing new error message. cs6servicemanager.exe - application error unable start correctly (0xc000007b). ideas how solve problem? can't run photoshop!!!!!!!!!

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
