future dated files arent being picked up in watched folder

we have workflow process exposed watched folder endpoint.  1 of users drops files folder had computer set year 2049 , files marked date.  found these files not being picked watched folder.  found other files dropped had computer set today's date processed.

 

i hoping adobe comment on this?  known?  dont see in documentation states based on file date.  closest see http://help.adobe.com/en_us/livecycle/9.0/adminhelp/admin.htm?content=000107.html

 

the provider.file_scan_service performs these tasks: 

  • scans input folder files or folders match include file pattern , excludes files or folders specified exclude file pattern. oldest files or folders picked first. files , folders older wait time picked up. in 1 scan, number of files or folders processed based on batch size.

 

which imply 2049 files picked last if files in folder shouldnt picked in next scan?  dont think they'll ever picked til 2049 late.

 

also add twist, our users in india while our watched folder in north america.  clocks automatically 12 hrs ahead.  mean wont picked 12 hours?

we have confirmed es3.  dont have issue our old es env.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
