Printing tickets from a pdf file

i ordered tickets museum.  email received museum attachment says tickets in adobe  pdf .  downloaded latest versvion of adobe reader.  when click on download block dialogue box says open or save.  when click on open nothing happens , cannot file print tickets.  doing wrong & how can print tickets?  not computer. help!

if problem try save.

save desktop.

start reader , try open file (open fom file menu).

any luck?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
