Random site dropouts

hi created first site through muse , onto bc hosting 1 of 5 free sites.

i have cheapdomains domain www.arterok.com, , site i'm having problems with.

i have imac, pc, iphone , ipad. when try view www.arterok.com randomly works on devices 1 minute works on imac not ipad working wasn't before.

what happening view site , cheap domains parked page.

 

not sure if that's info needed me need can't work out random working not working problem.

your non-www record doesn't exist. go admin - site domains , fix that

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
