retaining original resolution of jpgs when I merge them into a single pdf file

i have jpgs files make single pdf files with, not want lose quality, want keep same resolution, & when convert single pdf tiff files, likewise want keep same original 300 dpi jps scanned at.

 

are there options or settings can keep quality of original image? degrade when caonvert jpg pdf, & tiff?

 

basically, when move through or convert different formats, want retain original resolution scanned at.

 

i scan content @ 300 dpi or print quality scans on fujitsu scansnap scanner.

did try adobe acrobat?
