Serious show-stopping bugs in Premiere Pro when exporting

ok, first of all, making video editor not easy task. in fact, it's nightmarish task. 1 never attempt. however, premiere pro cs6 has been worked on since 1992 or so, 1 of biggest , wealthiest software companies in world, paid experts on thing. it's supposed professional-grade, bugs makes me wonder if it's sort of joke. not tell when exporting. come problem (and similar ones) again , again. it's not me doing wrong. it's not me having misunderstood something. it's serious bugs in software. there no other explanation. please @ these images:

 

to left: video file appears in premiere pro.

to right: video file appears once exported using "match sequence settings" option.

what cannot see in images quality lower, , stutters in insane fashion.

 

it not match sequence settings. repeat: not match.

 

i know people on board eager reply quickly, rather have think on before. gets tiresome have people shout out first (incorrect) thought pops in minds. thank respecting that. please respond if know going on sure.
