i have installed lubuntu 11.10. want create users different privileges.

first user (admin): a
second user : b
third user: c

user should able read. write, install updates new software. have status lower admin. is, can view, read, write things user b home folder, user b can't user a, should able user c.

a-->b-->c

in advance.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
