Thread: Installing GTK+
hello everyone,
i've downloaded gtk+ , of dependencies , experiencing difficulties installing it. followed instructions on site -->http://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stab...-building.html
stuck on step asks run following command in terminal: ./configure --prefix=/opt/gtk.

code:no package 'glib-2.0' found no package 'atk' found no package 'pango' found no package 'cairo' found no package 'cairo-gobject' found no package 'gdk-pixbuf-2.0' found consider adjusting pkg_config_path environment variable if installed software in non-standard prefix. alternatively, may set environment variables base_dependencies_cflags , base_dependencies_libs avoid need call pkg-config. see pkg-config man page more details. adamjensen@ubuntu:~/desktop/gtk+-3.2.3$
