Thread: Problems with sound - Not recongnize sound card anymore

hello, everybody.
i'm having big problem sound in ubuntu 11.04.
sound output working fine, microphone didn't.
so, tried reinstall drives, nothing working.
ubuntu doesn't recognize sound card anymore.
log alsa in link:

tried tutorial, didn't resolve problem:

there's problem kernel module:

driver version:       library version:    1.0.24.1 utilities version:  1.0.24.2
reinstall linux-image package, contains sound kernel module
code:
sudo apt-get install linux-image-`uname -r`

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
