WebHelp js syntax error

hello all,

     getting what, far can tell, random javascript error. when hit save/generate create webhelp pro output locally (still in testing right now), error when viewed states, "whtopic.js syntax error, line 2098, expected char. 1". if open js file in visual studio, line 2098 blank. ideas on why randomly occur?

can elaborate bit more. sounds output generated error when try access help. right or error during generation. if former, can tell if issue 1 area of generated output (e.g. specific topic) , doing before error occurred. screenshot helpful.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
