Activation Error


i upgraded both work computer , home computer both had creative cloud licences on them. able transfer license on home computer on work 1 keep getting following error message: "we unable activate adobe illustrator cs6. please check internet connection settings , try again. if problem persists please contact customer support"  how can fix this??

we experiencing issues activation process @ time posted message. issue has been resolved. able activate?
