Audio pops in Blu-rays burned with Encore CS5, HELP PLEASE....

hi everybody,

 

here problem:

 

i burning feature film worked on encore cs5. have rendered uncompressed .mov 24fps m4v 1080p 24fps video , provided soundtrack ac3 (5.1 dolby surround).

 

so put them both on encore timeline , far no problem. instruct encore not transcode video nor audio, set blu-ray properties, check project eventual errors , hit build.

 

it builds blu-ray perfectly, ejects @ end , then... problem!

 

when play blu-ray on computer or on blu-ray player, picture perfect can hear little pops throughout duration of blu-ray. not loud still audible. not on ac3 supplied checked , double checked.

 

i tried burning on 2 brands of blu-rays (sony , verbatim)

pc specs:

2 xeon x5680 @ 3.33ghz (24 cores)

96gb ram

nvidia quadro 6000

16tb hard drive split raid arrays

 

 

would have idea of problem be?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
