Creative Suite Trial Fail

i downloaded creative suite trial , photoshop worked briefly failed open pdfs , other apps failed open plugin errors or bomb reports. uninstalled cannot download again clean install. if future of cloud apps, i'll have stick cs3.

 

when try download again, error message protocal aam isn't associated program. , drag , drop page doesn't work.

photoshop not used view pdf's, acrobat is. please let me know errors while opening other apps  screenshots if possible.

also let me know te os version using.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
