in dps analytics, investigate "download errors" , why happening?

a wide variety of scenarios fall category of download error, including:

• attempting download when device not connected internet.
• an interruption download due network error.
• a network timeout error.

one user can create number of errors clicking download button in application while not connected internet. errors can occur when user's internet connection blocked because it's necessary authenticate on guest network web browser
