i have same problem - running mac osx 10.8.3 . error code u44m1p7 , cannot fine installer log in folder suggested, not there. please help.

i sorry roryobriensligo can please confirm receiving both error needing close creative cloud connection , u44m1p7 error?  or receiving u44m1p7 error?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
