It says that my product code is invalid to get my serial number. How do I fix this?

i purchased adobe creative suite 5 design premium , installed on computer dead.  tried regain serial number install on new computer, keeps telling me product code invalid.  how install on new computer?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
