LR4.4 unable to export

hi

looking help. have been unable export pictures lr4.4 (recently upgraded in hope solve problem) on mac running 10.8.3.  have started new catalog , imported pictures form old catalog (80k+ raw images) has not solved problem.  lr hangs spinning wheel before export dialogue box appears , option force quit.   way export jpg open in ps , save jpg there.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
