My CS6 Action is always "Save As a jpg" despite other format save as in the action. Please help.

i helping colleague batch file action needs overlay grid on photo , save file.  in cs5.5 or earlier, no problem, in cs6 not working either of us.  batch action (run either photoshop or bridge) stops , prompts @ save command every time no matter format save in (psd, png, jpg, save web, etc.). have been through web , adobe forums , cannot find work around this.  cannot hit enter everytime popup window comes because has on 2700 photos put grid on.

 

any suggestions?  know there known bug in cs6 actions there has got something...

you need post screenshot using computer browser , coming forum , use insert image. (camera icon)

 

did try recording new action in photoshop cs6?

 

what operating system using?
