slow photoshop cs5, mac os x

hello.

my photoshop cs5 not working recently. extremely slow, slow not possible work on. have design premium, , photoshop 1 making problem. uninstall cs5 design premium computer (via adobe uninstaller) , reinstall it, same problem still occurred.

i work on mac os x mountain lion operating system.

i wold me solve problem.

are photoshop , os updated , have performed usual trouble-shooting routines (trashing prefs keeping command-alt-shift/ctrl-alt-shift pressed while starting photoshop after making sure customized presets actions, patterns, brushes etc. have been saved , making note of preferences you’ve changed, 3rd party plug-ins deactivation, system maintenance, cleaning caches, font validation, etc.)?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
