just bought keyboard goes f6 [microsoft arc]; need reassign hotkeys.... opera



wish change f11 fullscreen f6


read around bit , tried few things still no joy


there anywhere in files can modify that?

ok worked out [ might of use others too]

files there did same both altho not sure second 1 needs doing

sudo gedit /usr/share/opera/ui/standard_keyboard.ini

sudo gedit /usr/share/opera/ui/standard_keyboard_compat.ini

scan documents search in end replaced f11 f3 had f6 allocated


f3 in opera if find never used removed line


scroll down browser window

platform windows-unix-mce, f11			= enter fullscreen | leave fullscreen

platform windows-unix-mce, f3			= enter fullscreen | leave fullscreen


, reload opera

still reads f11 in view dropdown box works f3

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
