Thread: Thunderbird

my friend has problem thunderbird 9.01 , don't know tell her. please help:

the problem accounts not being displayed in leftmost tab. when start tbird, tab blank. before update, accounts appeared folders (inbox, sent, trash, etc). nothing.

way have found open tab account send myself email , click on email alert message when pops up.
