Thread: wifi not work after install and restart

hi i'm new ubuntu user. installed ubuntu 11.10 on gateway notebook ec180
when installed ubuntu wifi (intel 5100) works, afther restart computer, can see wifi , try conect ask password again , again.

welcome forums! sure you're typing in password correctly? caps lock not on or anything?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
