Uninstalling Acrobat from Crashed PC

i trying install adobe acrobat 9 pro on new pc. old computer crashed , not able uninstall it. step necessary in order me install on new computer. how uninstall if don't have access computer since it's d-e-a-d??

hopefully can help. tried adobe chat , rep said version old , assistance not availabe reason.

if talking activation, adobe can reset (you may have provide registration info , such). still need installation files. assume either have original cd or backed downloaded install file cd. need license key.
