adobe acrobat self close

i'm installed genuine design , web package cs6 include

adobe acrobat pro update program.

but adobe acrobat program can work normally

about 1 month after self close

and cannot active (cannot double click open program or open pdf document)

i slove uninstall adobe acrobat pro

and install again program can use 1 month , self close again

can solve problem?

*other adobe program in package can use normally

never seen before. maybe should ask in acrobat forum? , when do, please mention operating system.
