After Effects can’t continue: unexpected failure during application startup

hey.

i really need help.

 

i error message everytime when start ae cs6 ... dont know why because ps, ai, pr works fine.

what tried was:

 

1. reinstalled ae , master collection

2. deleted every preferences , application support folder adobe

3. repaired disk permission

4. repaired font chach , everything.

 

actually every adobe folder deleted, after new installation got same massage ae

 

i dont want reinstall os.

 

do have solutions?

 

im using macbook pro mid 2010 mountain lion

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
