After Effects keeps asking for a key

every time launch ae cs6 (i'm cc member) keeps asking key. when select license software. recognises adobe id not subscription. did load trial version of aecs6 in february problem?

prem pro fails load error0xc000007b... , ai says date cant find launch icon. cant find downloaded files. have spent whole day on creative cloud trying work. have versions of of these programs installed problem? i'm @ wits end have client projects need attending to.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
