Captivate 6 & slow page loading

i have cptx files/ published scorm content taking greater 10 seconds load blank slide appearing, content of (quiz) slide appearing.  deleted unused media reduce file, looked @ media editor - how long video clip prior page ---but none of seemed effect load time.  how can reduce delay??? thx

have tried view published project different browser , different machine?

can uncheck preloader (edit > preferences > start , end), , publish project (force republish checked).

 

also tell size of published project folder?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
