Colour profiles in Elements 10

i use 3rd party print lab , have downloaded , installed print profiles. can save images using lightroom 4 appropriate profile, don't know how in elements 10. elements 10 support functionality?

make sure color settings correct or don’t have “no color management” selected. go edit >> color settings

 

choose “always optimize printing” , click ok

 

then open image , click file >> print

 

then click more options button , choose color management

 

ensure top dropdown set “photoshop elements manages color”

 

you can select media type printer profile dropdown.

 

i find rendering intent best set perceptual.

 

n.b. when elements manages color in conjunction chosen profile it’s essential turn off color management in print driver.

 

p.s. have far more options in lightroom 4 , ability save user presets. try selecting thumbnails in lightroom library , move print module.
