DW crashes when toolbar with sub items is clicked

any toolbar item has arrow show more items if clicked instantly crashes dw.

mac os 10.8.3  - dw cs6  ver 12 build 6006

example toolbar items: "open documents", "format source code", etc

try deleting dw cache and/or personal configuration folder.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
