Flash Played, install fails, "unable to connect to reliable source"

i have tried install latest afp several times , in each instance install fails @ 47% error "unable contact reliable source'. run windows 64 bit (xp) , use firefox brouser. have run uninstall older versions , have disabled avira security suite have been unsuccessful. saywhat ?????????

please try clearing temp file (start-- run -- %temp%) , cookies download installer again location

let me know if still stucks, try rebooting machine.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
