How to capture video from camcorder (HV20) scene by scene with Premiere Elements 11?

hi all,

i trying capture video camcorder hv20 premiere elements 11. however, premiere elements 11 captured video of whole tape signle file, 13gb. how can set premiere elements 11 capture video scene scene, easier copy them onto portable hard drive long term storage?

did select option break scenes timecode on capture window?
