Render Fail | Please help.

     trying render 4 minute long montage in after effects, , no matter fails. after 40 seconds or so, stops rendering , in queue says under status; failed. thinking maybe problem quicktime, , maybe couldn't create file big, tried every other format availiable not work no-matter what. running cs6 on macbook pro 4gb of ram, , trying render file hard-drive on 800 gb availiable, don't think size issue. appreciated. here screenshot more information might help. in advance. btw need out a.s.a.p. quicker replies better.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
