Rollover and rollout animation

i using rollover , rollout features slide , down kind of button panel.  when rollover each of 3 section (it's divided 3 panes) gets twitchy , won't roll , down smoothly @ all.  suggestions, link attached

looks you're hitting upon fact mouseover fires whenever mouse moves on object.  instead of using mouseover , mouseout, try using mouseenter , mouseleave.  think want do.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
