Thread: Can't Install Bitdefender on 11.10.

bitdefender has programs in (.run) files. went installation files properties, check box have execute program , open in terminal. seems work terminal comes bitdefender eul terms supposed type "accept" , hit enter. welp hit enter , terminal closes , nothing happeneds.

has installed bitdefender? know linux darn secure when comes virus' id have anyways if possible.

(solved) should have searched internet first.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
