after discussion in mailing list , local forums, have organized ubuntu users meet in ier, dhaka university, dhaka, bangladesh. program open participate. 30 people present there. there new , old ubuntu users.

there 2 session regarding foss , how communicate in community regarding foss. first session presented aniruddha adhikary, discuss foss , how open source project earn money continue project.

second session presented me, discussed community communication, there why , how use forum, mailing list , irc. session held coz of our new users doesn't know help. main thing of meet up, teach new user community.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
