why can't edit profile?

samtzu, not have permission access page. due 1 of several reasons:

user account has less 50 posts.
user account may not have sufficient privileges access page. trying edit else's post, access administrative features or other privileged system?
if trying post, administrator may have disabled account, or may awaiting activation.
