Unable to download

i tried twice download air , media downloader pictures seem not open.  media opens little blue box says, "adobe med" , can't open further.  want pictures.  elana

browser using? suggest try browser firefox or google chrome. did download adobe air here http://get.adobe.com/air/?

and download http://www.photoshop.com/misc/membership-faq#downloader

you should see following screen when launch adobe media downloader. select folder location download photos to.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
