Adobe AI CS6 fails to update

this second discussion question today. downloaded ai when joined cloud last month. have not used except launch doodle , see if launch properly.  last week major feature update posted , install failed install!

 

i have tried 3 time update , nothing worked. using win 7 dual core intel 8 gb of ram , 2 each 2 tb hard drives.

 

i still use deneba canvas 10 vector art not problem cloud intend upgrade 32 bit apps adobe , ms 365.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
