Application Manager keeps installing bij apps after downloading and won't stop !!

hello,

 

we purchased license 8 users , on of users computer applicationmanager downloads program (for instance photoshop) after downloading start downloading again,....and again....and again.

it not install. can please because frustrating , 8 designers cannot work @ moment because of this.

we went form web premium edition cloud service feels step if cannot installe anything. 

 

in temp directory see following files when downloading indesign:

 

indesign_8_ls4.7z.aamdownload

validation.xml

manifest.xml

 

but after downloading downloads again.

if rename 7z file indesign_8_ls4.7z  says files corrupt.

 

programs edge animate , fireworks, creative cloud connection , toch app plugin installed fine others ones not intall @ , keep downloading again , again after 100% complete

you need provide system info , possibly relevant download/ install logs:

 

troubleshoot install logs

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
