C6: Error message - file doesn't exist; the saved zip might get corrupted

what do fix project. everytime save (i've tried saving in other places) error message, "file doesn't exist: [file location/adobe captivate cached projects/uncompressed data/data-[multiple.cpd files]. saved zip file might corrupted, should try creating zip again.

kill debug or ingnore

i have click 1 of these options @ least 50 times before error message goes away , saves.

i have cleared cache, resaved , renamed file, deleted library items, have tried can think of fix , still pops every time save c6 file. mac user , desperately trying finish project.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
