CS Design & Web Premium Upgrade from CS5.5 to CS6 on DVD

i order cs design & web premium upgrade cs5.5 cs6 (int. english, mac) in adobe shop.

i have low internet connection , can not download 4+gb, not work. even files over 20mb are pure horror.

 

so why can not order dvd, don't understand what's problem sell dvd to customers?

this announced in march - no physical shipment more except selling of remaining stock. find trustworthy download source in area , download stuff take home on usb stick.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
